We managed to squeeze in a run last evening before our steamboat dinner..


Pardon the ugly hair.. Thatapos;s what I become when I do sports. Totally unglam. Heh.

Anyways, we ate so much for dinner that I felt our run was just wasted. :(
But hubbs said it was a soupy healthy dinner, so I shouldnapos;t feel so bad...
Ah wells, but it seems like our runs to date ainapos;t helping�
Iapos;m still fat, the pants are still tight.
How in the world am I ever gonna lose the tummy. :(
So difficult to reduce the waist line, isnapos;t it.
It increases so quickly that by the time I realise, itapos;s always too late.

BTW, the weather was surprisingly cool last evening.
When I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by the cool breeze�Cool as in air-con/overseas cool. It was not the normal hot air that was blowing, but that of a chill breeze. I like�Had to check with hubbs whether it rained and he gave a negative, so Iapos;m quite surprised that Singapore can have such a cool breeze even when thereapos;s no rain, and also when there is sun�
Hope thereapos;ll be more of such weather then perhaps running would be easier.

To a healthier lifestyle... Letapos;s hope weapos;ll be more disciplined.....
But everytime after I�blog, we always end up not running.... Hopefully this wonapos;t be true this time. Heh.
